Refresh

so as you can see the site has undergone a theme refresh, its not quite finished yet but most of it is looking good, at the moment the profile pages are still a little bit screwed up, they still have bits that i havent edited which show up like blocks of white, but still im really pleased with how it looks, i also added links to the top set, – about – forum – hyrxx store, for quick access to those pages.
the refresh is to go along with the whole concept of me refreshing my style to better fit the definition of hyrxx. and as such follows a theme of black, pink, blue and green, this theme is also prevalent in my hair and such like, the theme is called blak ice.
all of the refreshment will be complete before march y2009!! so look out for the new refreshed hyrxx then!!
More Updates

I’ve just been working hard on fixing the archive pages and finally its all fully working, you can click on the links in the sidebar that say october 08 etc and it will show you all the posts for that month in order and the table layout has been removed also so now it looks perfect like the main page, including all the styles etx,
the categorys pages are all perfectly working now aswell and they also all show in order, so if you interested in finding more posts in the same category just click the links that can be seen at the end of each post
here are the pix that i uploaded last night

hopefully you have noticed the changes ive made if not ill outline them here
- New title logo / changed logo
- glows when you hover over it.
- New colors for text and links and also blog titles appear green
- i created a new bebo skin with diamonds on it
- my latest video has been uploaded in HD to lux tv
Fun and town and bebo and etx

Today I went to class and had fun there doing some linux revision for the test next week, Then I went into town to meet Chris and co, and we all hung out ( I love everyone from town, I love you more if your from town and reading this!! <3 ), I went to the print shop and got a couple of pictures printed out on A3 paper and they look really awesome as small posters, I put them up on my wall, We also had chips on the bridge.
We walked past one of The Edge Road Runner cars and nobody was in there so i put a flyer for Hyrxx.com on their windowscreen, I hope they got it, if your the one that got it please email me ( just click on comments and use the form )
In other news, The Edge is running the next top friend competition, im rooting for patrick and raukura to win, they can win by getting lots of freinds on bebo and facebook (but dont use facebook) so please show you support and add them on bebo
Also if you’ve noticed on bebo on peoples profiles, in the boxes on the side bebo has made all the text into links and its extremely stupid and hasnt been coded properly leaving bits of url and shit, – just thought id let you know, im pretty sure i would think of a better soloution, feel free to contact me bebo
Nice Links

i have converted all the links into nice readable links such as http://hyrxx.com/posts/nice-links which will be the address to this post, and other pages have also been modifyed to include this theme, it also helps google to find the pages easilyer i have also fixed up a few minor things, and there is still a few bugs but nothing major

- widget star
- quick updates in the bar below the music player ( will be similar to Twitter)
- category listing pages
- comments layout on some pages is needing to be redesigned
- rss feed / email notification of new posts

Hard work

So today i worked extremely hard to add textual links which i finally got working, now when you click on a post you will see that the title is displayed in the address, also works for lyfestyle pages,
i had a little bit less luck on the removal of tables from the design, the plan was to remove all the tables and replace with div tags which are more useful, however they take a bit to setup especially when your design is quite complicated such like mine, therefore i had to fiddle with bits of CSS code to try and get it to work,
i am part way there and what you can see at the moment is all a table less layout but some things are still not quite aligned the way i want them so ill work on it more until i get the whole thing perfect,

Last night i made a long to do list of things for me to do, im just about to print it out.
Hyrxx.com is still managing to get lots of hits, im also getting a lot of spam comments in my inbox, all from the same source, each one has like 5 different links but none of them are real, so i dont understand why theyre trying to spam absolutly nothing… either way im gonna find a way to stop it from happening cuz its lame, the comments will never show up anyways because i moderate them before they appear on the site, its quite easy to weed out the comments that all look the same,
Today im gonna see allie who i havent seen in a while and need to catch up with, last night after i finished work i met up with all my town freinds and we chilled out for a while around town.
and yeah thats about it for now
