I have pretty much finished off my style by getting my hair dyed with a patch of pink green and blue – the colors of my website. i also bought an element brand cap and a pair of skinny jeans, i plan to get more stuff soon, i also need my hair cut to make it thinned out and more emo

Summer Jam

We managed to get tickets to summer jam (christchurch) and went to it last night, Midnight Youth, P-Money, Metro Station and The Veronicas were performing, it was insanely awesome and i had a real great time, even though we paid heaps for the tickets since we had to buy them on trade me it was well worth it.
metro station were amazing and it was so cool to see trace cyrus in person, after they played he threw his towel into the crowd and i caught it but then all these other girls tryed to grab onto the ends while i was in the middle, i clearly had it but they just wouldnt let go, so eventually some lady who had some scissors decided we should cut it up, i was dissapointed cuz i wanted the whole towel!!.
after metro station i managed to get really far towards the front and i dragged lisa in aswell, i was one person away from the front barrier, and when the veronicas were playing i got to touch them, i also managed to give jess my yellow bracelet and she put it on!!
im so please we went, it was such a great night and my ears are still buzzing hehe

Refresh

so as you can see the site has undergone a theme refresh, its not quite finished yet but most of it is looking good, at the moment the profile pages are still a little bit screwed up, they still have bits that i havent edited which show up like blocks of white, but still im really pleased with how it looks, i also added links to the top set, – about – forum – hyrxx store, for quick access to those pages.
the refresh is to go along with the whole concept of me refreshing my style to better fit the definition of hyrxx. and as such follows a theme of black, pink, blue and green, this theme is also prevalent in my hair and such like, the theme is called blak ice.
all of the refreshment will be complete before march y2009!! so look out for the new refreshed hyrxx then!!
lost and found

Note: this post intended to be posted days earlier under the name lost and not found, due to unforseen circumstances i am posting it now instead
ive seen the most amazing person the other day, they were wearing a really cool pac man hoodie, we were in the bus exchange with rachii and ashlee and jade, i wanted to introduce myself but i am too shy hehe,
today i also went into town with dan who had to go to work, i was also meeting ashlee who wanted to talk to me, but before i met ashlee i saw the same person across the road, i continued to wait for ashlee, but instead i was greeted by scarlett, who randomly appeared out of nowhere, i told her the story about the person, and she decided that we had better go and check them out, so we walked down to kfc where i saw them go just before, then after having a wee look and walking back she decided that i needed the persons number, i hesistated but eventually agreed for her to go and talk to them, after waiting for what seemed like ages, she emerged from kfc and told me the persons number,
im so happy things happened this way, i find it hard to meet people i am attracted to, i feel shy, slightly embarresed and nervous, but i will slowly learn to be more confident, at least i can text them when topup next month yay!!
More Updates

I’ve just been working hard on fixing the archive pages and finally its all fully working, you can click on the links in the sidebar that say october 08 etc and it will show you all the posts for that month in order and the table layout has been removed also so now it looks perfect like the main page, including all the styles etx,
the categorys pages are all perfectly working now aswell and they also all show in order, so if you interested in finding more posts in the same category just click the links that can be seen at the end of each post
here are the pix that i uploaded last night

New Shoes

I was in town today at my course and thinking about getting an ipod, but theres new ones coming, or updates to the previous models, but i really want one, i was thinking about buying an ipod nano or an ipod classic, i talked to my freinds from sbux about it and joel got me thinking about buying a psp instead,
Either way it would be cool to get and ipod or a psp, since for the ipod i already have the docking station and remote and microphone thing to record sound, and for the psp i have some accessorys , and the psp can hook up to the ps3, but there are new ipods coming out on september the 9th, this will mean i can get a better model or cheaper current model, since i used to have an older 80gb the newer one will be much better anyway, but i do like to have the latest model, the previous 80gb i bought when they first came out, i had the biggest bestest ipod, anyways, so i went to noel leeming and talked to the guy there and even asked him about a job, etx etx, i was at the palms and i also caught up with rochelle, so that was good, then i went to amazon, and not happy with not purchasing anything, spent some time in amazon finding a pair of cool shoes, i finally decided on a pair, i was trying on kustom brand shoes but then i saw these killer pair of DC’s with logos on the side that look like diamonds, check out the picture i took of them in my new studio:
Tidying for studio

Today i spent the day tidying up the room next to mine so i can use it as my recording studio, previously it was the spa pool / junk room, so i removed lots of the shit that was clogging it up and moved stuff around etx, so its looking better, its the nicest room in the house so its going to look really cool when i get it in use, once ive got it sorted out i will start making videos from in there and other things like photos and maybe even music tracks
Also this week i have been printing out lots of pictures and sticking them to my walls as they are quite boring otherwise, mostly things from skins and such like but theres also other things including hyrxx media, i will post a video of my room / players club soon showing all the cool things
I forgot to post the photos from my birthday so i will post them in the gallery soon.
Broken!

Argh, so my computer like hardcore just broke the other day and wont boot or anything, so today i took it back to hp, its still under warranty so they really need to fix it for me, it came like right at the wrong time too which is really annoying, i was planning on using it at my birthday drinks this friday. At the moment im using my playstation 3 with linux but its kinda annoying, still it beats not being able to go on the net at all, heh,
so eyah, cant wait till friday, its gonna be great fun and ill have lots of pix hopefully, i also bought a new hp touch screen printer which does awesome photo quality prints, im so pleased with it, i can also print directly from camera and memory stick which makes it even easier.
Assuming i get my computer back on thursday or friday which ever, ill probably post another when i get it, btw its my actual birthday on thursday, so please send all your birthday cards and etx to robbie@hyrxx.com, or you can send a pvt msg using the comments page, either way

How to Promote Your Bebo!

Ive had a lot of searches to my site with the terms how to promote your bebo or similar, so i thought id tell you
here are some points to consider if you are looking to meet new people or just get people to check out your profile!;
- Make your profile clean – this means make sure it looks liquid and the modules are nice are structured, remove anything that looks out of place or tacky,
- Too Many Apps!, – I cant stress this enough, the more apps on your profile, the more i have to scroll past all those shitty what kind of [X] are you there is an option to still have these apps but make them not show up on your profile, otherwise you can place them lower in your profile for the people that want to look at them
- Order of modules – make sure you have the main modules clear and available, ones such as friends, comments and photos are the most popular 3 and should always feature near the top, other ones such as groups, bands, ch-ch-changes, and video box should also be similarly close
- bands and groups – make sure you add the coolest bands and groups that you feel you have a connection to or defines you and your style perfectly, why would you put something that doesnt have anything to do with you?? also since there’s only enough room for 16 make sure you put the ones you like the most in the top as they will feature in your profile,
- Ch-ch-changes, if you add or modify something on your bebo, chances are it will show up in your changes and also on the home page when your freinds sign in, the more updates you make, the more likely it is that your friends will see something that interests them and check it out on your profile
- Comment!! – you can leave as many comments as you want on other peoples profiles so leave them a comment and they will know that you are interested in talking to them, and in turn they will post one back, this keeps your profile fresh with new blobs of things your freinds had to say,
another point to consider is adding a photo with the comment, this can brighten someones day or just add that extra touch that keeps them coming back for more - Use Promotion – there are many groups/pages that you can search for on bebo and they allow you to post a link to your profile, make sure you check out some other peoples profiles instead of just posting your profile, what would be the point if everyone posted and nobody looked. i also started a thread on my forum where you can post your profile, if you post it on there there’s a very high chance it will get featured on my site,
- Be active, check your profile regularly and also bebo home, this shows you the changes and you can see what updates your freinds have made,
Hopefully this gives you an idea of how you can promote your bebo or bebo group

i spent a lot of today ironing out the bugs in parts of my website system, mostly were bugs that made only some categorys show up, now you can browse the ones i added a couple of weeks ago including love, promotional, and youtube,
i also removed the fatso.co.nz advert since im no longer a member, and i added a few things to the sidebar, i will also move some of the pages to the database so that i can easily update them from within my admin panel
i might also add the tags (web 2.0 tags / tag cloud) functionality to make my posts have better keyword functionality, if you think this would be a good idea please comment, or add your thoughts on other things i should add to my site, thanks!!!!
